But when I searched for a solution, I was disappointed by the lack of good options.

So, with 20 years of experience developing products and my large network of skilled product designers and engineers, I decided to put together a world-class design team to create the world’s best bruxism treatment.

    Corporate Leadership: Co-founder and Secretary of United in Service Latin America, a 501(c)(3) charitable, not-for-profit corporation, 8 years. Our mission was to serve communities, families, and children through programs that target basic needs, psychological health, and education in Latin America.

    Technical Lead: Led teams of engineers ranging up to 8 full-time employees and contractors, frequent coordination with other disciplines and customers.

Erin Czarnecki, PE, MBA

With over 16 years’ experience leading product development and business operations from concept through launch, I've guided medical device programs across startups and Fortune 500 companies like Medtronic and NuVasive. My work spans complex electromechanical and software devices, sterilized implants, and large capital equipment systems in highly regulated environments.

    Corporate Leadership: Director of Electromechanical Systems at mid-size US-based Spine company, VP of New Product Introduction in small medical device Contract Manufacturer, Fractional COO for professional services, product development, SaaS, and manufacturing companies. Focus on people leadership and development, strategy, and workflow efficiencies for growing and scaling businesses.

    Technical Lead: Directly led teams of 35+, multi-site global teams of 150+, and frequent customer engagement with business development. Multiple global product launches from small sterile orthopedic implants to robotics capital equipment.
